Hi and welcome to the traffic club. We're a group of internet users working together to profit from internet traffic, make contacts, and exchange valuable information. Being based on a win-win model, we're simultaneously good news for larger businesses who want to increase thier traffic and sales.
I've figured out how to put all this together with a minimum of hassle and a maximum of benefit for all. You don't have to have a major internet presence even like computers that much in order to participate. It's fun, grassroots, and simple. And it can, among other things, make you some serious money.
This site comes from the recent realization I've had that people need to begin forming their own more focused networks, rather than relying on and increasingly saturated and gargantuan internet market to supply them with traffic. Networking is open to anybody who networks. Even more formalized "traffic exchanges" sometimes charge, are more impersonal, and have limitiations we don't really need. Why sit around and wait for some anonymous zombie user to search on your keywords or happen to run into your website when you can have a close but ever expanding network of people you can rely on to frequent your sites? These hand picked users will exchange ideas, generate leads, check out your products, and so on. Again, all win and nobody loses. Even larger more traditional companies and networks win.
I'm sure this idea has occured to people but my emphasis is what may be a bit new. This is to keep it grassroots, win-win, expanding, and high level-participatory. And this has broader implications than just the internet. It can apply to our social/business lives in general. The internet is opening up new ways to cooperate that simple space and time restrictions in the past made more difficult. Now we can rocket each other to new heights by merely realizing we are doing that.
High Level "Traffic" and Participation
Businesses, publishers, and even just ordinary users want more than simply "traffic" to their websites or whatever presence they have on the internet. They want PARTICIPATION. In terms of strictly commercial marketing this means that visitors click through and actually consider buying something rather than merely showing up. In terms of information it means that people actually read and consider what somebody has to say, and leave a comment if possible, rather than just glance. And of course these two areas combine and mutually reinforce each other. If we interact and participate commercially, our exhange of information, and the ability to use the info we share, increases.
This isn't a huge "commitment." The great thing about this is that you can participate as much or as little as you would like to. You'll see however, that in quite direct ways, the more you participate, the more gains - personally, informationally, and financially - you will experience. The amount of great interaction and financial gain a group like this can produce just by working together is virtually unlimited. Not only that, but it could work fast.
Note: Try to promote products you support (morally or otherwise) and supply content that actually interest you!
Quick List to get Started
Send me a message thetrafficclub@yahoo.com that includes the links you want traffic and clicks on.
[note: If you don't have any affiliate programs, ehow articles, a web site, and so on, try to get at least something along those lines going first. You can get an ehow account and post an article in probably 20 minutes. It's very easy to start a blog and get adsense ads on it as well. If you need more info about how to do any of these things, check out the cash generating sites and programs page or ask me in the email].
2. I'll email you back the current list of members with their links.
3. Begin visiting the links, commenting, clicking on ads, and promoting the sites/promotions/content of the other group members. As soon as possible (especially in the early stages because we need to get this jump started) consider buying something, even if its only something small. This will promote the win-win ideology and get everybody motivated.
4. Email or otherwise tell the people whose sites you've visited what you've bought or done to promote them. This will foster responsiveness, friendliness, and keep people well informed.
5. Watch the traffic, interesting info, and money roll in!
